Problem

First Contact Practitioner and MSK Physiotherapy clinic activity across multiple PCNs and regions was being manually consolidated every day (roughly 3 hours of admin work), with data accuracy and visibility both suffering.

Approach

• Designed and built an automated Microsoft Forms-to-Excel reporting pipeline.
• Consolidated multi-region, multi-clinic data automatically instead of by hand.
• Gave clinicians and managers a 10-minute daily review in place of the old manual process.

Outcome

620+ hours of admin time saved annually, with better data accuracy, real-time visibility, and clearer clinician accountability.
