Problem

Patient satisfaction and AQP feedback were collected on paper and transcribed by hand: a process consuming thousands of hours a year, with dashboards lagging days to weeks behind reality.

Approach

• Built a purpose-made web app that uses AI vision to read patient feedback forms directly from photographs.
• Synced structured results to Google Sheets in real time.
• Surfaced live performance metrics broken down by region, clinic, and clinician.

Outcome

Manual transcription work was eliminated and dashboard lag dropped from days/weeks to real time.
